My dish came with slow-cooked beef in a rich wine sauce. The spatzle was indeed buttery and tasty. The beef was so tender that you didn't really need to cut it with a knife, but I did to be polite. I also had a stein of local beer. It was an excellent night chatting with colleagues and unwinding.

It was a decent ride, although it wasn't too long. I liked how high the ceiling is at the restaurant. We walked in and took a table for twelve of us. I got along well with the manager of Frankfurt's writing team. She was kind to break down the menu to us. She highly recommended the spatzle, which is yummy, buttery pasta.
